  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Tamil Nadu & Nearby States: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5-7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or transportation delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹1000.
  • Standard Shipping Charges: A nominal fee of ₹70-₹100 may apply based on the order value and location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your order through the courier service’s website.

6. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
